The thing I need most in life is...
Humour, laughing and fun! If you make me laugh we’re friends for life haha! James Corden once told me I was funny (in Port Isaac harbour) and I have dined out on this ever since. Will he remember, hmm! But he knowsss, haha, so I’ll take it.
Funny things spirit guides do that make me laugh…
Telling me when someone is lying! Or alternately when they are thinking something nice they don’t dare say, yay!
Telling me when I’ve had too much or too little of something, ha! They are always trying to make me appreciate moderation, I swear it’s in my DNA to be all or nothing, I need the help haha!
Making my body move without me doing it, makes me look super weird if in public and takes me by surprise! When I’m not noticing something they will move my body to look at it, freaaaky haha but I appreciate it too!
What makes me excited to be alive...
Authenticity, humour, fun, generosity, inclusivity, love and spirituality! If you’re real and genuine, friendly and fun, non judgemental and super kind we’re already friends whether we’ve met or not haha! I just love honesty, understanding, big hearts and laughing! No pretending to be anything we are not, and so much supporting of others and genuine gorgeous friendships!
My reason for being alive is love - making every day special and important for myself and others! Bringing love to people and showing them how great they are is my biggest life purpose. I have had some very difficult times in the past and for a time questioned being alive anymore. Life has changed so much since being able to do this full time! Letting people see the real me, being true to my own life path now, not hiding away or trying to be like other people and how they work or rest just to be accepted is wild, so good, way better! My absolute life dream is to help take those feelings away from everybody else and help them see how beyond AMAZING they are and how much the world needs them to be truly alive and true to themselves! Helping people find their genuine life paths and the things that give them energy every day is such an honour!
Romanticising my own life...
Love genuinely makes my world go round. The more we give to others, in an aligned way that doesn’t deplete us, the happier we are! And the more happiness there is in the world the better choices we all make. The more we appreciate and lift others up the more successful we all become! True happiness always spills out to others, yay!
I start every day by bringing a cup of tea to my husband in bed (and some treats for Ken!) and we start our day with life chats and cuteness! I try to fill the rest of my day with more mini magic moments too, and always try to focus on happiness. I feel the most abundant when I make time for gratitude and when I remember to tell the people I love why I love them! My friends and I always joke we're like 12 year old girls at at a sleepover with our compliments and gratitude haha, but it's the cutest thing ever and I am lucky to have now been able to find this in my life!
My attire...
If we have a reading together I might be dressed for walking my Ken dog at the beach, I might be dressed for going out for tea later (that’s ‘dinner’ if you’re a Southerner ha!). I 100% believe in making life as easy and fun as possible and dressing exactly how we all want to for the day!
If you’re like me and feel the most comfortable in cotton tops and leggings, let us not pretend we are faux adulty adults and that what we wear affects our abilities anything other than positively! Feeling cute and ready for the day is different for everyone, for me it's essential not to stick a barrier in between my real life and my work life! My work day is peppered with running around and playing with Ken to make sure he also has a fun day, plus often a walk and talk with a favourite person in there too! Making the most of my days means so much to me after having many years where I couldn't work out how to make my energy levels work for me and thought about not being alive anymore. When I used to feel so depleted I missed out on so much real life time! Now work and home are both beautifully happy aligning together, yay!
All clothing has its own vibrational energy too. Respect for myself and others is not lessened by some cotton I promise, haha! I charge up when feeling comfortable and happy! Let us all stop pretending to be someone else! If dressing up works for you that is awesome, but for me I am my real best just going on the days feelings. I dress for my own energy on that day and trust whatever I am drawn to is the perfect energy for your reading, my day and any spontaneous energy that is yet to come in too!
Everybody needs to know how amazing they are...
The best thing I’ve learnt from doing this as a real job is that everyone, no matter their age or situation, is looking for permission to rest and to have more fun and connection! Which may show that the world is going way too fast for itself at the minute, also that everyone needs to give more love and attention to themselves before everyone else! And thennn you will have plenty spare to give to others and make the world super happy!
It is not selfish to do what makes you happy, you make others way happier and with way less effort by looking after yourself first! It’s taken me YEARS to learn this. Honestly, decades! Also self care looks different to everybody - for one person it's a bath, another it's a bike ride, for another it's a night out and for another it's silent meditation! There is no one rule fits all. The only rule is 'make sure you are having fun and smiling every single day' in some way and life will happen like magic!
Also I’ve learnt that everyone is so much more beautiful than they give themselves credit for! I remember an old version of me, I was asked by someone to say 'I love you, you are beautiful' to a mirror...and I cried! For years I couldn't do it. I felt that horrendous about myself. But you only spend time worrying about your outer self too much when you're not following your soul path and also not resting enough! By using your natural skills to help others easily you help yourself and become more radiant naturally! You don't have to look like a model, just the best version of you and you are so loveable as you! So unique and so vibrant! You only see yourself through one angle through your eyes or on occasional still photos or videos…you cannot appreciate how beautiful you are in real life with your soul as well as your inside personality and your outer appearance! It’s impossible! It’s true even on your worst days you could still inspire someone else and you don’t even know it yet!
Big loves...
Of course my first loves are the people I am lucky enough to know…
My gorgeous boys Ben and Ken, my beautiful friends and family, life chats, walks and talks, dancing and hanging out in our courtyard, doing readings for amazing people, spiritual healings from other people, occasional travels and lots of sunshine, music and smiles!
My biggest passion in life aside from psychic things and people/animals I love is...
Music! I process every emotion with it. Dancing when getting ready and singing everything always! My teenage bedroom was covered in posters of song lyrics haha and my brain is still obsessed with them years later (walls are white now though, much more calming!).
Do I know what I did last Tuesday? Probably not. Do I remember every lyric I love? Hell yes haha.
Working out my life by finding the song that speaks to my soul at the time or finding a song that gets my brain super happy is my heaven! Or making up my own songs! I keep myself happily entertained for hours and it makes Ben laugh!
Music comes in to readings so often. Sometimes before a reading I can’t stop singing a certain song and when I actually realise what it is I’m like woaaah it’s totally what this person is going through! I only sing on a road trip, at home or tipsy at an event though (sorry for those ears, that cannot be in tune haha), so your ears are safe for a reading ha, no random outbursts for you!
Soul friends...
I know when I've met a soul friend because they are the gorgeous people who bring happiness wherever they go, they always make me feel like the best version of myself! I am always laughing and smiling around them and even if it’s a deep and meaningful conversation it is peppered with smiles and laughs and support from both sides! They make me laugh every day. They are fellow givers! We have an equal give-give relationship and lift each other up every week!
I enjoy time with them caffeine or alcohol free, just as my natural self! Even if I've just woken up I'm excited to hear from them or see them! We can enjoy nights out and drinks if we like but we don't have to - we're as happy popping to the corner shop together as we are on a walk or a night out!
We don’t compete we only compliment and show each other where we are hiding our strengths, we always bring more abundance to each other! I trust them 100% to only speak positively about me and vice versa. They encourage me to learn and grow and become who I am meant be!
Whoever I feel hilarious around is for me, and they are the people I would never turn down a social date, life chat or walk with! They could never make me feel tired, sad or depleted of energy. They wouldn't complain about their life partners or other people because they bring warmth, love and good intentions and they always try to understand the actions of others before coming to any sort of conclusions. They are good people whether someone sees what they do or not!
It is literally painful for me now to spend time with anyone not like this these days - you can be fond of someone because of familiarity and the past, but maybe some people you once loved are just not in the same alignment as you at this time. I really limit my time/events with anyone who isn't pure of intention! Trust who makes your heart consistently happy is your future!
My soul friends make my heart so happy and we don't have force anything. Who is meant to be in your life stays in it, plans just happen. Anyone who has fallen away or you don't see much may just not be for you at this time, universe is giving you a little time to find your truly aligned soul family! The more people we have around us like this, the more we attract! And the amazing energy just keeps going around, yay!
And then there was me...
Do you really need to see my face haha…I am just not a photo person ha, honestly the amount of people that have said to put my actual face on here haha, whyyy though. Since the psychic life started I have been fully in the moment and I realise that photos in general have not been taken much! Posed professional photos are so not me either haha! So yes, agesss later (thanks for the requests and hints caring souls!) but I did not feel ready till now...I would always rather my work speak for itself really. But finally the energy felt right today, aaages later, what can I say!
So here I shall hide this at the bottom, for those of you who may have made it this far haha! Taken very recently (March 2025!) after I had literally just made a vision board with Venice on it, I wasn't really sure why becauase I hadn't been there in years, it just spoke to my soul. I had no actual plans to go anywhere, I was in full hermit mode...and then some £19.99 flights a £54 hotel room came up literally out of nowhere...and wellll, really it would have been more crazy not to go right?!
It's only an excitable phone snap and not a fancy pic. I'd had not much sleep, and do have some mild skin creases visible (40 this year, how did that happen!). I do have better, more polished pictures of me but I just love the realness of this one. I had just finished the best fresh mushroom pasta and Italian wine of my life, I was full of 'eye happiness' and chat with Ben and was verrry happy and I can just feel my 'coming alive' life energy everytime I see this pic, haha! It felt like this is the energy I needed to share with you, the real me.
For the longest time I had no energy to do what I loved and I didn't understand it, I couldn't eat things like pasta or drink wine, or travel often, or even make a 'traditional' work day work for my energy so that I could also live my life around it! Now I am actually aligned and living, making my energy work for me and others and it is amazing!
I can't wait to learn more every day by meeting gorgeous souls like you! Tres excited to see your beautiful face verrrry soon and find out all about your life and exciting new energy now too, really can't wait!
